I have used Don at least a half dozen times in the past 20 years. He is timely, thorough and honest. I always felt that he had our best interest in mind. I would recommend Don to anyone that is looking for something to be done right and who is looking for someone that they can trust.

Don is the proven real estate professional in Penn Yan. Jackie Ledgerwood also works out of his office. They have done several real estate transactions for me over the years. Never a problem.

Attorney for the buyer of my property. Extremely slow. Does not seem to have any regard for the parties involved. Have never experienced such a painfully slow real estate transaction.
