My client gave him a deposit for his services. He never provided her a service, so she politely asked for all her money back and he would always says no problem and hang up. Then it turned into, I have already sent her money. When we asked when it was sent he would just say I don’t have the information for that. We were calling periodically to check on the refund that he blocked her number, my work number and any number associated with us. We had to make fake app numbers to get to him and he still hasn’t given her money back and it’s been over 4 months.

I needed a lawyer to file for full legal custody of my son so I could legally get his passport to fly out of country for vacation.
