Reviews

I can attest to these bad reviews. Kenosian & Miele use the worst tactics to collect. They charge enormous amounts of interest and have no problem threatening court to collect. They will serve you and start all the legal processes. They are not willing to negotiate at all. Avoid them at all costs and/or hire a professional to deal with them.
This law firm is sad and cannot afford to stay open so they are harassing people to stay existing. Pretty pathetic. I tried to contact this firm several times via email, calling but the number was disconnected and with no way to contact them and then they can gain interest when you can’t make a payment even if there is no way to contact them. As an additional scam they do not take automatic payments to make sure you keep them up to date. This firm is trash and I’d be embarrassed if I went to law school and this is where I ended up at ????. ****I finally spoke to a representative today and he seems slightly less scammy then the rest. Wish me luck ????
This firm is extremely unprofessional and has been harassing my spouse and I at our residence for over a year now. We're not even the defendant listed on the summons nor do we know him. After verbally telling the process server on two separate occasions that we are new tenants here and to stop visiting our residence guess what happened? Another process server visited us a few months later. Finally we decided to call the firm to inform them that the wrong person was served and that we intend not to be further disturbed by. However, the person I spoke to sounded like they could careless. This made it abundantly clear that the harassment will probably continue to happen. Which is why, if this continue we plan to take action against this firm.
Did you have to hire an attorney to dispute the charges?
As others have mentioned in their posts, this firm is extremely rude. They didn’t seem interested in the debt. All they want to do is harass you regardless if the debt is paid or not. The person I spoke with on the phone had no interest in taking my money or even interested in settling the debt. They treat you in a manner as if they are superior over you as a human being. Regardless if you owe debt or not, no one likes being treated with disrespect. All I have to say is: what goes around will eventually come around! The weights will eventually be balanced!
