As a black male seeking custody, please do not work with this attorney Ms.Christine Cassellius and if she recommends Janeen as a custody evaluator, please do your research about that evaluator. My wife and I spent countless hours providing this attorney with details and relevant information, which she would invoice as read but did not read the email. Please do your research regarding Janeen; this evaluator lied, and because the conversation was recorded she recanted. Certain laws protect evaluators so I could not file a complaint with ADR. Please, please do not work with this attorney. My experience with this attorney was abominable. This attorney is propelled by money. This attorney was delinquent in providing me with information and submitting documents to the courts. Attorney Ryan was great. I lost money and time and at the end of the custody trial, I realized it was meaningless to use this attorney. She will sell you erroneous hopes to rail you in. If you noticed I mentioned that Mr. Ryan was awesome the one time I worked with him. A lawyer shall act with reasonable diligence and promptness in representing a client. Ms. Christine did not adhere to this rule. keep the client reasonably informed about the status of the matter, Again, my attorney did not I understand that you all are trying to sustain a profitable reputation with the community you operate. Anyone who is reading this review, I speak my truth. It has been two years since working with this attorney and everything that was impossible after signing the retainer is now possible. The attorney did not act in good faith. One thing I know for a fact is that God sees all and knows. Maybe it is time your start addressing the unscrupulous practices at your firm. But again, when money is the main objective you all do not honor integrity. The Bible reminds us there pride before destruction, however; wisdom and modesty are to be preferred over pride and wealth. Ill prepared to handle a contentious divorce. Had to find a competent attorney to take over mid way, or I'd have been screwed in my settlement. Your snooty reply shows precisely the snark that needs to be saved for opposing, NOT someone who in fact is/was a client.

I had very little communication with my lawyer keeping me up to date on the process and direction of my case. I was tossed around and a different lawyer took over my case. Limited communication almost zero communication unanswered emails and phone calls I wasn’t guided along the way to put me At ease. I wasn’t informed or educated from my legal representation to make decisions or know what’s happening I also wasn’t informed along the way and I typically had no clue what was going on I just kept paying them. And I hoped they had my best interests. Well I was wrong along with excessive billing .I did not have a good experience. They didn’t fight for me. I read their reviews and Bio’s I thought I had the best lawyer in town. I thought they would communicate with me and keep me informed about my case because that’s what their website says. Thousands and thousands of dollars later to only be ignored and left to figure it out myself. Based on my experience I wouldn’t recommend them.

Christine and her team did an excellent job representing me. Christine was honest, respectful, and professional. She was an advocate for me during a hard time in my life. Christine was very knowledgeable of the law and court system. Not only did she work hard, but she also knew what issues to fight because of her depth of knowledge. I would highly recommend Christine Cassellius in all family law issues.
