Scott was my lawyer and Nick is his paralegal. I am so truly happy these two were the ones helping me with my case. I am also truly grateful. The most unorganized office and staff I've ever encountered. My cash payment applied short of what I had actually paid, thankfully I kept receipts. My case went through 3 paralegals which made it impossible to get anything signed or finalized. I ended up withdrawing my dissolution. Received an email two weeks ago and still have not received my filing fee refund nor my closing papers. Again, my emails and phone calls are not being returned.nEventually received my filing fee refund with a letter addressing me and my wife (although I was divorcing my husband). This is the level of service I received.

I am thrilled with the outcome of my case. Scott made my divorce affordable, while offering quality legal advice for some of the more unusual parts of my case. Nick was an invaluable asset to the team, and always was willing to discuss things with me. He kept me up-to-date on the case, sending me the emails he received and sent, instead of just summarizing, which I loved. As well, his sense of humour kept that human element between us. Will definitely be back if I ever need legal counsel again.

Let me start off by saying I live in G.A and had to get a lawyer in Missouri. I didnt know what to do or where to start I was so scared. So I googled lawyers and found a few called a few. All of them was double the retainer bec I lived out of state so I honestly thought I was going to have to resent myself until I called Piatchek Law firm and then I knew right away they would be my lawyer.
