Doug put alot of extra time into our MN Appellate Court Case. He wanted to cover all possible angles in order for that brief to persuade the judges. The effort he put into the written brief carried over into the oral arguments. Doug's performance was well-seasoned at oral arguments. He made the most out of the short time in front of the 3 judge panel and it made the difference. Doug obviously cares about what he does and what stood out the most to me was his honesty.
