With just over 9 years in real estate I have had clients use a laundry list of closing attorneys over the years and Doyle and Wallace is by far the best! They are always at the top of my vendor list I send to any client purchasing or selling a home.

I had two closings with this company, with 3 months of difference. The first closing they charged $630 for the seller, the second closing $900 for the buyer. The second closing Doyle Wallace asked the buyer to come one hour prior the seller, and then, after the buyer signs and pay everything, he had no keys nor fob and Doyle didn’t even care about it. The worker also are not very friendly. It’s not a professional company.

Fees should be competitive unless they go above and beyond. They helped me with closing but no extraordinary service. Some of the fees like Deed Preparation is twice that of any other firm in Charlotte. I would avoid any such fee monger. Beware. Pay close attention to Closing Disclosure

I do ALL of my real estate closings in Charlotte with this incredible law firm! Not one closing has ever had an issue in 7 years! The paralegals are phenomenal - some of the best I’ve ever worked with in my career as a realtor! The entire staff is on the ball -especially Trisha, Lauren, Frazier, & Matt! Everyone is friendly, and easy to work with! Their office is conveniently located, their fees are extremely competitive and affordable compared to the competition, and I even used Doyle and Wallace for my own home closing! I fully trust them & highly recommend them!

My mother and I came here today with our Real Estate agent for the closing of my Late Grandmothers home that we we sold today! This building was extremely nice and in an excellent location. As we entered the lobby of the suite it instantly felt very elegant yet relaxing at the same time. I felt very comfortable here. The seating was comfortable and we waited for maybe five minutes to be called into the office. Once we were in there it took less than 10 minutes for the paperwork to be signed and we were given the room by the gentleman who was assisting us! We talked with our agent for a few more minutes and then made our way out. As we left, the receptionist gave us a fond fair-well and we were on our way!
