I did yesterday my second closing within the last 3 weeks with my Attorney Mr. Aaron fitch. my closings was handled flawlessly! He is brilliant, extremely professional, trustworthy, accurate, knowledgeable, And a fabulous comunicater. Thank you Mr. Aaron for your service and great experience.

Aaron and Sarah at Drake Loeb are amazing! They represented us on the sale of our old house and purchase of our new home. I would recommend that everyone uses them for real estate deals. They are very knowledgeable and always answer immediately. They return with answers quicker than I ever expected. The situation on the purchase of our new home got a little rocky at one point(home didn't appraise at offer value/sellers were not getting out of the house in time) and Aaron and Sarah did everything they could to seal the deal and expedite the process. Thank you for that! They went above and beyond and even helped us in areas outside that of a lawyers scope. They are truly knowledgeable in the real estate process and I would recommend that you use them for yours. Thanks Aaron and Sarah!

Sarah the paralegal was rude, confrontational and, although she promised that their attorney Aaron Fitch would call me back, when I then asked her a generic legal question she just hung up on me! RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL,and apparently forgetting that her licensure in New York binds her - as an Officer of the Court - to the same legal and professional standards, and laws that govern the lawyers she works for. Oh, and despite her repeated statements that she would have their attorney Aaron Fitch call me back, it has now been over a week and I have not yet heard from this firm. My friend experienced the same conditions when dealing "Sarah" the Paralegal, and it took my friend more than a week to hear back from Mr. Fitch. My friend was having a lot of trouble with a Real Estate contract, Fitch was supposed to be representing her, and yet AFTER the buyer had defaulted on the contract, the "Paralegal", according to my friend, was advising her that she would never find another house in the area at her price-point and that she should stay in her current house! Just who was this law firm representing - my friend or the defaulted buyer!?! Was this legal advice supposed to be beneficial to my friend or is "Sarah" also a licensed Real Estate Broker? My experience with this firm indicates that they are unreliable and flakey. But that is just my own opinion. ------------------------------------------------- Dec. 7th, 2020
