I hired this firm with help with my credit. I am busy with work and life so I left the work to this law office and was pleased. I am now back over 600+ and counting soon enough I will return to the 750+ club!. Mr. Dsouza is personable. Unlike other lawyers he lets you talk and then gives his recommendation. Not how some other lawyers have already made up their mind about and wont like you speak. I would strongly recommend this attorney.

Obtained Dsouza for our bankruptcy case. He never returned phone calls or emails. Then we posted a negative review on yelp. His office called and asked us to remove it and he would call. We removed it and then we got a letter saying he filed to resign as our attorney and left us hanging. He was paid upfront to see our case through. No refund was given and no call was ever received. I would strongly look into who posted the positive comments and how they may be associated with the firm. There is no way I would recommend him. I give full authorization to D'Souza to explain why he couldn't return calls, emails, why he dropped our case, and why no refund was given after doing so. As all information is public record. All my reviews on google are positive except this one. I hate to give negative reviews but I also do not want anyone to go through a process that takes years and get shorted like we did. I'm taking the time to post this on all platforms to protect those in the community from the head ache and stress of Mr. Dsouzas poor business ethics.

I would never recommend this firm for any legal assistance. The firm was fully paid to file for a bankruptcy case in 01/2020. On 12/2021 I was informed that the bankruptcy was never filed while one of my creditors went after me. It is 06/2022 and the creditors are still going after me financially. This firm has not done anything to fix the problem. Their incompetency has effected my credit and my livelihood.

I have know Mr Desouza for over 10 years and the clients I have referred to him in the past all have given his firm rave reviews. His firm cares about their clients and in addition to doing a great job for them.
