Reviews

Duane Morris took care of my immigration, visa renewal and work authorization process. They simply forget about the impact of their work on the lives of immigrants. The renewal of an EAD takes 4 to 8 months to be processed and they do not make any effort of requesting the application as quickly as possible so that the client does not have problems with her/his employer. My case specifically: I could have asked for my EAD renewal 6 months before the expiration date and they didn't say anything. My neighbor who warned me about this extension and I had to ask the lawyers to start the process. (It's like going to a doctor and the patient is the one requesting the medical exams) Still, it took 20 days (exchange of emails, exchange of documents and signatures - which could very well have been requested BEFORE the 6 months prior to the expiration date). My situation now is that they took away my chance and hope to get the EAD processed in USCIC minimum range - 4 month. Now my Employer will have to fire me, I will have to stop working until my new EAD arrives, due to the delay of Duane moris. Unacceptable. I really recommend looking for another firm that takes the deadlines and the impact of an immigration document on the lives of its clients seriously.
