As I continue dealing with a work injury, Dugan and Associates has made and continues to make my stress level almost nonexistent. They handle and take care of everything and keep you up to date as to what and when you need to do things. People think that having a lawyer is going to be too expensive. Deal with things on your own and you will see just how expensive things are without one!!!

Get Martin Colavincenzo assigned to you.. and hecys fighting for the ( hold up fingers one at a time form a fist ) MONEY. Oh no, not for you ! For his wallet. Comes unprepared not even having read the case. Hey

Mitch Dugan did a great job, for me. Comp claim, He found a few things the insurance company didnt document, and he made them change it, to protect ME!. We finally settled with the insurance company, and I was very happy with his firm's handling of my case. I would recommend him to anyone needing a comp attorney. He was easy to communicate with, returning calls usually the same day. Very professional firm! A++++. Thank you, Dugan & Associates!, you guys are the BEST!

Honestly a great group of lawyers here. I was working with one of their Worker’s Compensation lawyers, Martin Colavencenzio, not only was he very efficient with his work he also made sure to make a personal connection with me as his client. This law firm had my case settled within a matter of months! They will truly fight to get you what you deserve but remember, sometimes the opposing side is nasty and won’t budge but I know they’d tried everything they can to give their clients the best experience and more!????

I do not recommend Dugan and Associates. I was in an accident. I was literally sitting at a traffic light, and suddenly with great force the vehicle proceeds to push me from behind into the vehicle ahead. I had my hands firmly on the steering wheel, and as soon as I felt the initial impact continued braking. The young girl still kept pushing me. She was eating, and texting at the same time. Tom felt my case was not important. He cancelled twice on me telephone conferences. There are 365 days in a year, and I was chosen twice. His paralegal Lisa would continually not do her job. Repeatedly I sent correspondence she claimed to be placed in the electronic folder each and every time. I kept telling her that I sent it in, and would be instructed repeatedly to send the same correspondence in. She explained how she was going to school to study becoming a paralegal, and did not have time to get the information. During the deposition I was on my own with no representation. Tom was on the call, however, he did and said nothing in my defense. Attorney Dugan, I wonder how many people actually meet you like your commercials portray. I do not like seeing your billboards or commercials. It is a constant reminder of how your law firm did not care about me as a client. They absolutely made no objections at the deposition, or suggestions.They had me fly solo. It was unbelievable. They only care about huge cases. I have ongoing reminders every day, because of the accident I was in from a careless driver. I will never be the same, and they protected the other driver. My scapula and neck will never ever be the same. If this was someone in their family they would have protected them. They did not care about me at all. It was alright that the driver of the car behind me was eating, and texting at the same time, and rammed me into the vehicle in front of me. It is alright that I have difficulty sleeping till this day. The attorney that represented me Tom decided to allow the other attorney to take control of the case. I had to go for long term physical therapy, and ended up having surgery. That did not matter.
