I would not let let this law firm represent me in any case. NICK/ they can't keep track of what NICK/ THEY are doing and continuously call his clients back to send him what them have already sent him on their case . HE IS NOT A ORGANIZED PERSON/ MAYBE LAWYER. PLEASE DON'T LET HIM HANDLE YOUR AFFAIRS. OUR WAS A SMALL ESTATE! HE STILL DIDN'T GET IT RIGHT!

Saw an attorney back in the summer named Nick Fernez Charged me 100 dollars to review a landlord tenant case I had, did nothing but denounce the merits of any kind of case, and tell me I had no case, he made it very clear that he had no idea what he was talking about I find it extremely hard to believe that he has had any experience with landlord tenant cases and I made it very clear to him before hand I was on a fixed income and 100 dollars was a lot for me I believe he never in any way actually intended to review or help me with my case I think he was just out to make a quick 100 by shooting the case down and pretending he had reviewed it. He also appeared to be inebriated during the meeting with me as he continued the entire meeting to sniffle and touch his nose while being very very animated. I thankfully was able to call back the 100 dollars on my debit card. Avoid this office as if this, in my opinion incompetent and talent lacking person works here and they allow him to you shouldn't want to be represented by anyone who would publicly avow him in any way. I went on to represent myself in my case against the landlord and won, as a mentally handicap person I was able to do what this attorney could not let that sink in before you choose to use him or his firm.

I would not recommend this firm at all....I hired them to deal with a situation in their area...I reside in New York...not only did Nick not communicate with me...he avoided me....once they received their payment ...they were not compassionate or helpful with next steps to the case ....Nick actually called me and asked that I stop communicating with his office because I requested a call from him...since the secretary lacked knowledge of my case..Nick not only insulted my intelligence but talked down to me as if his service was free...I did see a bad review on this firm but I thought how bad could they be....they were worse then bad..they were horrible ...the case would have been won without this firms help..they were hired for convenience
