Incredible service and honesty! I was recommended by a clerk at the San Marcos Assessor Recorder office to get the assistance of an Attorney to help with re-assessment of an inherited property as well as transferring deeds from a trust. I simply did a quick google search for a lawyer and came across the stellar reviews for this firm so I gave them a call. I spoke with Ms. Nelli Parvizi and she was exceptionally helpful and informed me that from the information I provided that I likely didn't need to hire an attorney and could accomplish everything myself- she even told me who to specifically see at the Downtown Assessors office and an overview of what procedures and forms I would need to complete. I was completely floored with her earnestness and honesty. In fact as I'm writing this review, she just texted me to let me know that I could hire a title company to save fees on an Attorney and gave me the contact of the person at the title company she uses. I've actually reached out to a few attorneys previously and one of them want $750 to just review the trust before discussing things further. Another one told me it would cost about $20,000 total to accomplish what I was looking to do. I'm honestly amazed by the level of service and honesty of Ms. Parvizi and will be reaching out to her for help with creating a trust of my own!

Nastaran and Chantal are two of the nicest and most caring individuals I know. They are well-versed in estate planning and went above and beyond on a living trust that included a special needs trust. They definitely have an eye for detail and they genuinely want to help. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my estate planning matters. I highly recommend them both.

Hiring and working with a trust attorney can be a living hell experience. When a lawyer is motivated to nickel and dime you on the process, they'll make things difficult so they can charge you for more time to explain or re-file things. (Ka-Ching for them.) Knowing this and having a bad experience in the past, we were unsure of what to expect when deciding to go with Duister and Parvizzi. You never know how it's going to be until you actually begin working with them... Upon our first meeting, we found Nastaran to be very attentive and sensitive to our needs. She was friendly, professional and thorough. That woman was quick to answer questions and return phone calls; my husband and I were both pleasantly surprised that she doesn't charge for those annoying extras (the stuff lawyers are so famous for) just for doing her job. If Nastaran doesn't know an answer, she's motivated to find it and she will. She's all about great customer service, total transparency and seems to enjoy making this whole process simple and straightforward for her clients. I love how Nastaran created our trust where it could easily be changed; we weren't locked down in a daunting legal process if we needed to fix or rearrange anything. She also kept us informed of all the different ways we could protect our assets and rights, ensuring our best interest. I've got to say, I'm very happy we went with Duister and Parvizzi. Although creating a trust wasn't a task my husband and I were particularly looking forward to, working with Nastaran was a painless experience. I'd HIGHLY recommend this firm and especially Nastaran for any of your trust attorney needs.

I enlisted Nastaran to do my Trust with much skepticism because of a bad experience with a previous attorney setting up my fathers Trust. Boy what a pleasant surprise. Nastaran was awesome!!! She was kind, courteous, professional and did what she said she would do. Most of all she was accessible and didn't nikel and dime us to death. If you need a trust done you won't regret going with her. I believe she genuinely cares for her clients.
