I have used Duke and Heath for several cases and they have been great. The last case was helping my elderly mother. A company was taking advantage of her and we hired Duke and Heath. I used this firm for the past almost 4 years during my custody battle for my son. It's rare for a father to get custody and it is a lengthy process in any event but I will swear by Mrs. Duke and her team. Caitlin was wonderful about juggling my massive and complex case and Mrs duke was an absolute wonder in the courtroom. Mr. Heath of Duke and Heath law is the best lawyer I've ever hired. He is very affordable and even has payment plans after you pay the first main payment. He is absolutely extraordinary at his job. He went above and beyond and got me way better of a verdict than I could ever ask for. His office always kept me informed on every step of my case and even called and emailed me reminders of when my court dates were. I had a total of 10 felony charges and the district attorney was asking for 20 years prison time. After Mr. Heath took over my case from the court appointed lawyer that I originally had, he got 9 of the 10 charges thrown out. I pled guilty to 1 charge and ended up with 10 years probation. I will forever be in debt to him. I give him an 11 on a scale of 1-10, two thumbs up and an A+++ rating. I will always recommend him to all my family and friends and to anyone looking for a great lawyer.
