Didn't help me get disability went to federal court what a waste of my time and money Dana Duncan wasn't even in court with me like I was promised

Secretary and Lawyers were arrogant and ill-informed. I legitimately heard one of them refer to cannabis as "the pot". They did not even attempt to hear me out or understand my disability. They were irritable and impatient during the whole discussion. You will not receive help from this agency.

Dana Duncan was my attorney for 3 years and in that time I talked to him a total of one time. I was approved for SSI two years ago and he failed to read the judgment issued by social security where it stated I was approved for SSI. Because of this obviously I did not receive any payments that I should have for those two years in my life was absolutely destroyed because of it. He defended his actions by blaming me for not yelling it out in court and blaming everything on social security for having a coding issue. He accepted no responsibility for the negligence his firm showed my case and after 2 years of being approved for SSI he quit on me before it went to Federal Court leaving me to figure it out on my own. If I did not act myself after he quit I would have never received my SSI and would have had to start all over again. Luckily I did read the judgment and when it was pointed out to social security the issue was finally fixed but again no responsibility for the negligence shown in my case. I was even threatened with a restraining order if I contacted him or his office again in a series of emails as well as a two-page letter which I was surprised he found time to write since he had no time to even return a phone call to me. My advice is to find a different attorney.
