I have nothing but good things to say about Gus Panagotacos and his law firm. Dealing with a personal injury case is often very emotionally difficult and stressful, but Gus did an excellent job representing my family and me. I initially had reservations and prejudices about hiring a personal injury attorney to help us with this matter, but after speaking with Gus the first time he gave us the confidence we needed to move forward in the process with him by our side. He was very clear about what to expect from him and his team and he worked with us throughout the entire process to make sure we were satisfied with the outcome. Once he agreed to take us on as clients, him and his team got to work immediately and were extremely thorough and diligent. He was always very excellent at keeping us informed along the way and offering his professional opinion. Gus also has an excellent bedside manner and treated us with the upmost respect, kindness and empathy. Loren is such a diligent and wonderful lawyer. I had two accident cases which I transferred to him as other lawyers were going nowhere with the case. That is the worst feeling in my opinion and it was a complete shift once Loren jumped on the case. He always responds to my messages and calls which helps get the case solved as timely as possible. The other party can add delays through more questionnaires/documents, but he rightfully proceeds through these and I'm grateful to how well he represents me in court. Providing documents and answers can take sometime on your part (especially if you have work/bills to catch-up on), but he is there by your side reminding you what he needs to get the case resolved. I find this level of connection with a lawyer rare and can't appreciate enough the work he has done for me. You're the best.
