Terrible attention from the lawyers and secretaries, rude, even if you are paying. Be very careful with everything they tell you that is in the contract and specific, things change as the months go by. They start the process late, they are not even pending, they only care about the money, in my case they had many errors which hurt me and I have to wait longer and pay more money, I would not recommend them. They treat you like they are ignorant. Since I already canceled the contract with them for asking a simple question, they tell me since I am not a client, I have no right to ask anything and (they say I did not ask for an appointment) I am not telling them that they are liars, I have already sent the balance in favor. There is an excuse for everything. very bad communication, treatment and so on, both from their secretaries and other personnel. appalling. And it wasn't the USCIS times, it was your delays from the beginning of the process... be careful, you are very liars, even with what you respond here to save your mistakes, you play with people's processes.
