Yeah these people at this Law Firm are very disrespectful very rude and will tell you oh something about thanks for calling but you're lost this who tells a client that they need help and it needs to be reported they are very very unprofessional

Left nine voicemail messages over the course of three business days to clarify the documentation on a 3 Day Notice To Pay or Quit with no response from any one individual in this law office. Also, did not address me by my real and actual name nor did the individual who typed the document correctly complete the document with the correct facts and explanations. Highly unprofessional staff while speaking on the telephone. Had only one telephone conversation with a live staff member who was rude and acted as if I was wasting her time.

Have known Steve since around 2000. His firm has never lost an unlawful detainer case for one of my clients. What else can be said? If you see negative reviews it's more than likely from a tenant who's been evicted. Only works for property owners.

Have worked with Duringer Law since 2000 and they've never lost a case for me. They're not as cheap as some of the eviction mills out there but you get what you pay for.
