This is a very greedy office, there is no such thing as free communications, they want you to sign a contract that they can charge you for emails. They bill you for a free consult over 2 years after the consult and then they will not talk to you to clear up the billing issue. I've never dealt with a more difficult to deal with law firm that has no respect for the client's time and efforts.

They never got back to me to let me know if they could help my friend in her deceased partners case. I communicated via phone and email.
