To Plant Administrators, The plant is too loud today. The time is 10:14 P.M. The residents of this valley have enough to worry about; we do not need the added disruption to our trying to peacefully remain home-bound. I have the television on, and still hear the noise from your plant through the closed windows. At first I thought that a train was passing through, but the disruption continued for too long. After all this time, your plant is still a great intrusion on this entire area, and a constant worry for us as a family. We do not have funds to move out of earshot of your plant, which was constructed too close to inhabitants; your plant administrators should have some mercy on the people who enjoyed quiet evenings before you decided to move here. Please quiet the plant on low-cloud-cover days and evenings. The noise stays in the valley. Have some kind of consideration for people who lived before and are trying to continue to live here.
