E. Allen Smith Attorney At LAW

Allen started as a family friend, so I have known him for quite some time. I only recently required his services as a lawyer. I called on Sat., and he told me to be at his office Monday morning. He realized the urgency of my situation and is going out of his way to help me.

Contacted his office to try to get him to represent me. I’m in the military and was put in a very bad situation due to training. The clerk that answered the phone was very nice. Once I spoke to Mr. Allen he said he can represent me and that I would have to pay $700 right now. I didn’t have all the money and asked could he accept half. He said no and said that that’s my problem and hung up the phone. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE. He is very rude and disrespectful.

The Absolute Best! I own a small trucking company and Allen and his firm helped me solve an issue that came up that required legal attention. I can't recommend them enough. He cares about what he does and he cares about his clients. If he believes in you and or your case, he will "take it to" the adverse party in a firm, respectable way. No messing around here. Very rude. His assistant was very nice but once I talk to him he was very rude. He asked how much i can afford, I told him, then told me he can't do that. Then once I asked him how much he tells me he asks the questions not me. He is extremely rude and very unprofessional. Please dont even bother considering him.

Allen’s the only lawyer I’ll ever use. He took such good care of us and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Allen is the best!!
