Absolutely terrible lawyer and worse human being. Hiring him was a massive mistake. I should have known when he asked irrelevant question after question during our initial consultation to rack up the time. I was almost never able to get a hold of him by phone after he obtained my retainer. I sent him emails and asked him questions that he blatantly ignored. He drug out a simple case for months, just to eat up my money without providing a single service to myself.
Seems competent based on interactions with him as opposing counsel.
Dan is very thorough, asked great questions and very experienced with great insight, highly efficient! Great interaction. Highly recommend Dan!
