This law office seems to be a joke. I have lived in my house for over 5 years now and I keep getting letters for a girl who used to live here, last name BYROM. I've called this office at least 3 times to tell them to QUIT sending these letters, this girl doesn't live here anymore. All the people i've spoken with are always rude, act like i'm lying and say they'll document the case. Whoever this BYROM girl is owes almost $5,000 in traffic fines. I should charge her another $1,000 for having these come to my house.
It’s a scam. We hate that people like like exist in the world.
Impression from one singular event with one Houston-based attorney assigned to toll tag violations and collections was very poor. While the interaction was 100% electronic communication, a thread of almost 15 conversations revealed an employee that possesses poor judgment, poor and lamentably harsh communication skills which did not engender any goodwill for negotiating, and a patronizing tone. This is a firm that has no knowledge of or desire to follow the 5-step toll violation process which is communicated on page 3 of every monthly TXTAG invoice. To do, I suppose, would cut into their $200 "administrative fee" which is what sustains this deplorable behavior.
This company is trash never call them or seek there help. I have received 70 phone calls from them in the last 2 hours and have already explained how I do not owe any money to any of the things they collect on.
This law office is a joke. Documents had date typos & missing information. The representative talked a mile a minute & in a degrading manner. So rude.
