I bought a splint from them , paid for it. Which they can see from the bill. When I called the # on the bill to rectify the mistake it takes me to a prerecorded sales pitch with no way to get out of it. Found the # online called,sent to billing person. I had a hard time understanding what she was saying due to her TV being on load in the background. At the end she was unable to help me she gave me another phone # to call. Of course that person was unavailable. Will use Amazon in future for any items recommend by Dr.

I applied for a job with this company and was turned down after a quick 5 minute interview with the uptight & dismisive company president. When I tried to reach out to them to ask for feedback as to why I was rejected they gave me a vague corporate line "At this time we choose not to move forward with your application. Good luck with your job search". I wanted to ask for a reconsideration and possibly a 2nd interview so I emailed the president to say that I felt that some of the things I said during the 1st interview may have been misunderstood and could I possibly get a 2nd interview. I was told to "Stop calling, emailing and coming here! Your scaring the girls in the office and we will call the cops if you come here or contact us again!". That was the thanks I got for being persistent and not giving up on the 1st try. I'm probably better off not working at a place filled with paranoid corporate scumbags

This is a horrible horrible company. They will overcharge you for their services and engage in business practices to defraud you of large amounts of money. My insurance company reimbursed them $67.00 for a leg brace. This company is now charging me and additional $416.00 for the brace. The brace is available on Amazon for $89.00. DO Not let your doctor recommend this company to you.

I have called about 5 times to get an appointment and they only tell me they are going to call you back and they don't call you. Then they told me to send the referral from the child's doctor. I sent everything they asked of me and they called again and they They transfer to another number and do not answer, very bad service, I definitely do not recommend this place.
