We have called this company numerous times and left messages with no return calls. You can't pay over the phone the system hangs up on u. Can't pay online it doesn't work. Next call is the Better Business Bureau. To see what's up with this organization. But I will say they are quick to type a supena and get it to ur Parish court to get u served by the sheriff's office. I'm done with this glorified collection agency.

worst collection agency ever......no one answers the phone and they do not return calls. I worked in collections for 10 years, and I have never heard of a collection agency that doesnt pick up a phone.....losers. I'll be finding out who at Track America is turning these accounts over to them and do my damndest to get them fired or seriously looked at from their client.

Is there a way to leave negative stars? Let’s see? We’ve been attempting to get in touch with an ACTUAL atty at this “law firm”. Ha! Jokes on you. Ain’t one. (Sorry for the country grammar) Daniel=a waste of time. This man has not only hung up in my face the 1 time I finally got him to, but refuses to even be of assistance. Out of ALL the collection agencies, this is THE MOST HORRIBLE PLACE EVER! I’m guessing the ones who’ve rated it with 4+ stars are paid actors. Idk. But this is the most unorganized, non business minded, always unavailable place EVER!!! You need a real lawyer to handle your matters cause they ain’t it.

Be careful with these people. They do not have good business practices. They charge interest on debt and do not send statements of monthly increase. Always verify that your balance is 0 because they will tack on $0.05 for example to keep you owing them. You cannot pay it by the website because it has a $10 minimum. You will have to mail them a check.

They truly deserve 0 stars. They are very unprofessional, the receptionist, Daniel, is rude, and has hung up in my face several times, and that’s if you get him to answer. I have left several messages, if you want anything done, it’s best to go up there and handle your business. They should be shut down. Horrible, horrible, horrible.
