Well, we all know that nothing happens fast in the judicial system and so we were not expecting any immediate response HOWEVER, it would have been nice to receive some responses with updates and me not having to continually contact you with little or more often, NO response. That's flat out SHAMEFUL!! How hard is it to answer a text??? See attached from last year?..notice you never responded. I KNOW you received these. You should have just told us from the start either this was not a case, it was a case but you didn't have time to adequately pursue and maybe refer us to another firm who would respond, etc., BUT NO, you accepted it and apparently put it on the bottom of your pile.n nIn banking as in law, there are several banks and there are several law firms. What makes them stand apart, CUSTOMER SERVICE, of which unfortunately you are highly lacking. Scott said that you are very involved in your children's extracurricular activities which is great and applauded??.I am as well????HOWEVER, while sitting at a game or an event I am still apt to answer texts and/or emails from clients as it doesn't take long and keeps them notified. ALSO, when I know I cannot do a loan, I am RESPONSIVE to the prospect and get back to them right away so I don't provide false hope that I might be working on an approval. I ALSO try and offer other solutions or refer them to other sources if I think that might help. (Just some helpful tips for you, take them or leave them.)n nLastly, to send a cold form letter and not have the courtesy to contact me personally says a lot about how you do business?..especially since this is a soft referral from one of your acquaintances/friends and not just someone who saw your ad in a phone book. AND, then the letter ends with "If we can be of assistance in any other matter, please let us know."?????.REALLY??????n nPlease use that above as constructive criticism and please DO NOT treat any new prospects or clients like the way that we were treated!!!!! I do not expect to hear any response from you (as that is the way you do business anyway). I just thought that maybe this would help you and your future clients/prospects.
