Referred by Hyatt, needing assistance with Chapt 13. Receptionist was very rude and stated not able to assist. It's my understanding the Attorney has practiced for more than 20yrs. I was not sure why she was speaking on the Attorney's behalf. I'd rather the Attorney tell me he's not able to assist than what seems to be someone blocking him from helping people...smh.. Horrible service. She needs to be replaced

Not very good at answering your calls. I found out he has multiple locations and I think this is the reason for his lack of communication. He nor his assistant weren't very friendly or nice. Just very hey either you want this or you don't type and let me have your money. Took weeks to get my car back since he never would answer my calls. Wouldn't and haven't recommended his office to anyone. My case was open back in 2016.

Contacted them for assistance with a matter through website contact form as a referral from Hyatt Legal Plans. Received zero response. Contacted them by phone. Explained the issue, and response was 'We can't help you', followed by immediately hanging up as I just started asking if they knew anyone who could. No 'sorry, we can't', no 'sorry, but thanks for contacting us', no base level of courtesy whatsoever.

Referred thru Hyatt legal.....Poor customer service!!! When you do get a response from Attorney Echols, they are very sarcastic and condescending remarks. He’s very rude and impatient. I DO NOT RECOMMEND using him At ALL!!!
