I am literally writing this as I’m leaving the court house after waiting almost two hours for Edward to meet me. I called them to check and see what was going on. He did tell me he would be a bit late so i waited patiently. When I called the receptionist casually mentioned that it was reset, I didn’t receive ANY type of courtesy call/ email. I took time off from work to be present and they couldn’t even let me know anything. I have to call them every few weeks to ask for an update. They never take the time to call their clients and just keep them informed. I am HIGHLY upset.
