Of note, he was a little late meeting with us two times early evening. Both times, a loved one passed and he was working with the family to resolve emergencies. This showed us someone who really cares and "goes the extra mile" for his clients in the time of need. The other thing to mention is we received a detailed binder with the details of the legal documents which is super helpful. They must of put over 100 hours into designing and developing the content of the binder - supper helpful.
