Wonderful! Long story short, my husband and I were forced to close on our house back home during the week we were on the Vineyard, with a Vineyard attorney who was comfortable with facilitating the out-of-state transaction. Our seller's title company was a nightmare to deal with, and held up the paperwork until the final hour and beyond. But once they received all the documents, the whole office rallied to get our closing done. They responded professionally and expertly to a rather unprofessional and chaotic closing agent back in our home state, and still managed to catch important errors while rushing to finish and send out originals by the FedEx pick up deadline. They stayed with us until everything was completed and even informed the title agent back home on aspects of our state's property law that she should have known about. The incredible people at this office went absolutely above and beyond to help a panicked couple ensure that they wouldn't lose their dream home. Would definitely go out of my way to give them my business again should the opportunity arise.
