Edmund seems like a nice young man, but there is a young lady working there by the name of Ginger Gregg. She was extremely rude to me and when I asked for her supervisor “he is in court working” “I could care less if you pay, that’s you personal matter, and I asked when he would be back. So I went down there I paid my balance in full and asked to speak with Edmund on and she said of here he is, hey she wants to report me for being a smart Ellict. Here you go you can sit right here and report me. I was appalled. I vented to him, of course he’s umm hmm umm hmm. So be prepared for Ms Ginger. And honestly she wouldn’t have talked to an elderly white woman that way. And as I left, she hollered down the hallway “YOU HAVE A GOOD DAY MA KING”

Ginger Gregg is rude and nasty. She talks down like she better than us. Will be reporting her to Alabama attorney general office. With that attitude she don’t need to be working with people.
