First let me say I'm glad I chose to have Joe M Reed & Associates to represent me in my case. I would like to thank Xavier Thomas for being very honest, open with me and for also educating me along the way. He provided excellent guidance and excellent service. This place is horrible. They are rude & so nasty . I got hit in a company car. Apparently they claimed that I would automatically get paid . I signed paperwork & completed all of my chiropractic appointments. When it was time to get my settlement they tell me oh you have to use her personal insurance not the companies insurance. I asked why would you all tell me to continue these appointments now I’m about to have an unpaid bill at the chiropractor. They simply didn’t care . I got yelled at by workers because they DIDNT KNOW WHAT THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT . Horrible nasty attitudes . I wouldn’t work with them at all. They purposely made me have a bill at the chiropractor so they can get a check .

I would like to thank Attorney Reed & associates for representing me. They really exceeded my expectations. Mrs.Gamble was fierce and adamant, while dealing with the insurance companies.
