Dale is the best lawyer I have ever worked bar none! This opinion comes from someone that has worked in the court system for years. Who has spent over 50k fighting a fanatic lunatic in three different court systems over that last 6 years just to see my kids unsupervised. With regards to his admonishment by the legal system. Bad things happen to good people. Anybody who has ever spent enough time in the civil court system knows it's an alternate reality governed by rules that don't make sense in the real world. Depending on the judge and how determined the other side is willing to take their case, it's a nightmare that can last for years. One thing that I can say with absolute certainty is that Dale Parish has been a light at the end of my tunnel.

This guy is not just smart but will also fight for his clients. You get what you pay for good lawyers cost good money.

Aside from his own criminal past and being suspended by the Colorado Bar several years ago, he will waste your money. To be clear, I did not hire this man, my ex did. I am posting this because I hope the truth comes out about this man so no one else wastes their money. He dragged out the custody case as long as possible even though my lawyer and I were practically begging to talk and come to an agreement. She wrote all of the parenting plan and he ignored our attempts to schedule mediation (court-ordered) to possibly settle until the very last day (literally the days prior). This went on for eight months. Eight months of silence from him until the last second. My lawyer had to actually threaten to file for contempt if he wouldn't cooperate. I was not fighting anything because I just wanted it to be over. Additionally, my ex was using this man for a criminal case and he dragged that out too, hiring a private detective to interview his neighbors calling me the B word and blaming me for being assaulted by my ex. The whole time he had recorded himself assaulting me they still went forward with pleading not guilty for months until finally accepting a deal. So, not only did he cost me tons of money, he also fleeced my ex. This man is a crook.
