Edward T. Waples

Edward Waples has been my attorney for almost 7 long years. He has been excellent! He has helped me with so much throughout family court and I wouldn't of found a better attorney! Along with his awesome secretary, Comfort Mallory who was able to answer my questions when he was unavailable. Highly recommend them! Thank you guys so much for all that you've done for me and my family! ?

This attorney was was assigned by the court as the attorney for a child of whom I am seeking custody . He is completely inflexible, refusing to meet at any time other than 9am in his office. I work 9-5 Monday through Friday and am already having to use my vacation time (which is not unlimited) on the many court dates this process requires. I have suggested meeting before work, after work, or having him go to the school (which is 6 miles away from his office) when the child gets out. This is all too inconvenient for him. On our last call, when I said I thought it was his job to work with us in the best interest of the child, his response was "To some extent." We ended when he hung up on me. I cannot believe that someone so inflexible and unprofessional is not only representing children in court, but receiving my tax dollars to do so!!! I have no choice regarding representation for her, but if you do, I highly recommend you choose someone else.
