It has been more than a year since I had to write a review and open a case with the attorney General in Florida, my mother had her home for about 3 years now with holes in the walls and a nearly destroyed bathroom, I had to do this to get their attention, otherwise, they wouldn't even had followed up on the case, I was told that they were going to proceed with a lawsuit last year in February since the insurance company didn't want to pay, there's not any type of communication from these people, not a letter, email, phone call ,absolutely nothing, I called October 2020 and I was told that they're in Process, I called again today 1/26/20, and I was told by a representative that the department that handles the status of the case they all went to lunch at the same time, is this a joke??? Then she said that they would call me, and it's been 3 hours, next step unfortunately, business beareau and attorney General, and they would have to send me a status in writing this time.

If I could give them negative stars, I would. By FAR the worse experience I have had. They do not answer your calls. They misinform you. They give you a run around. They have zero professionalism. They’re a FRAUD. Do not use them! I’ve had a water claim open since IRMA IN 2017 ! We just received our check & they want to keep over 6K which basically would leave us with what will cover the damage THEY did on our house THEMSELVES. Holes in my ceilings, holes in my floors, walls, they ripped the baseboards off for what? They told us “it’s part of the process”. I will not be endorsing the check and handing it over to them, I’d prefer break that check before giving these thieves ANYTHING and I will be contacting a Fraud Lawyer because I’m sure there’s something fraudulent going on with these people.
