Tom helped us through a real estate sale in which the owner was selling the property by himself. He really helped guide our purchase with an extremely short deadline (3 weeks). He was calm and professional when we couldn't be. He has a high level of skill and knowledge of the law and the processes of real estate transactions. I can honestly say we couldn't have done it without him. With Tom's help we successfully completed our purchase with time to spare. I highly recommend Tom Ehrhardt.

There are not enough positive words to explain my experiences with Tom. Recently he helped my husband and I through a emotional and complicated sale. He caught items in the contract that neither us or the realtor caught. As well as fixing our deed that was incorrectly filed back in 95’. We seriously could have saved a lot of money and eliminated the realtor! All I can say is if you are selling your property you need Tom, more then you need a realtor based on my recent experience.
