I had an awesome experience with Eichholz! I was able to get all of my paperwork fast and easy when I initially hired them, and everything after that was smooth. They helped me find a place for my therapy and once everything was done and I was feeling better, they immediately went to work gathering all of the documents to submit to the insurance company on my behalf. Every time I had a question or just wanted to follow up, I received a response. This process took a while because of my therapy and how long it took me to feel better, but I truly appreciate Rachel and my attorney working so hard and sticking by me throughout this process. Rachel was absolutely amazing. I was in an auto accident with an uninsured motorist coming home from the last day of my honeymoon in October 2020. My insurance had lied to me about what kind of coverage I had regarding this accident so for weeks I couldn’t do anything about my pain or injuries. I couldn’t afford tons of medical debt or the deductibles that were coming. Rachel reached out to me when no other office would take my case. She made sure the insurance company was held accountable for my injuries and started a case. Then at the end of January 2021 my husband and I found out I was expecting our first child. Due to my injuries I was forced into a C-section with my child due to safety. This is a big issue for me. I had planned a natural delivery, I wanted to hold my daughter immediately after she was born and was being told that I couldn’t. I had to change what a woman dreams about due to an injury from a guy who wanted to drive uninsured and without a license, and my insurance didn’t want to help take care of their client? Rachel wasn’t having that. She fought for me and although I didn't get the pregnancy journey or birth experience I wanted, Rachel made sure that I was compensated for the drastic life altering injury I was dealt. Now that my daughter has been born I can go get medical care I need thanks to Rachel. My daughter will have a mom who can hold her again, and be active in her life once the injury has been heard. I can’t tell you how relieved I am to know there’s still someone out there advocating for their clients like Rachel is. As long as I live in a state Rachel can practice in I will always find her for personal injury cases in the future if needed. Rachel made everything easy, stress free and she worked quickly to ease the stress this brought on. Thank you for everything!
