Mike and Shelby were great! They were very punctual, friendly and did a good job keeping me informed of the process, as I was not very knowledgeable of the process. We had a pretty tough obstacle, but they assured me that they were confident we would get the results we wanted and we did! I am now taken care of for the rest of my life thanks to them. John Thompson has been representing me in a personal injury incident and thus far has done a very good job. Even though it's been going on 18 months since we first filed a claim, he's had to negotiate a reduced fee owed to my Medicare insurance and he's reduced his attorney fee down to just 20% he and his paralegal have kept in touch with me as needed whenever I needed to provide additional information as needed.
