This firm is involved in a class action lawsuit in Modesto CA and they have knowledge of horrific human crimes and refuse to represent my family, after a nearly decade long knowledge of atrocities at Sunrise Village. They are currently embroiled in a class action with over 30+ tenants yet they are refusing my family, who are Jewish by blood, and were gassed out with chlorine and lye to cover up raw sewage, and after having sent a lawyer out to assess the site, declared an ongoing knowledge of but no definitive resolution to ongoing environmental damages and tenant damages. Seemingly, in order to have a revolving door of aggrieved tenants who they could continue to represent, but only if you owned a cottage or trailer on site, not if you lived in a travel trailer and were susceptible to the same rules. The media is aware of this class action, they have been aware, and multiple government agencies have been made aware. I have done an incredible amount of footwork and was continually harassed as I attempted to proceed with litigation against the LLC and management. I was being arrested for a crime accused by management, for which I was exonerated, an arrest that at which point an attorney who wasn't representing me, and has since refused to represent my family, attempted to verbally represent me and proclaim my innocence to the arresting officers. These people are a joke, and do not have a definitive interest in conflict resolution. Their interest is to retain clientele even if it means a lack of preventative action from furthering their future clientele pool. I beat an eviction case against the LLC and lost a 2nd on completely fraudulent basis that this firm was made aware of and has instead refused to represent me. I feel as though this firm has perpetuated the misery and the horrors of the entire experience.

No! Typical Lawyer. If your case isn't worth Billions Don't waste your Time calling these people. No Human Compassion and I'm on my way out of living in a Contaminated Biohazard due to Mold management failed to Address yrs back. I hired a Mold Co. CONTAMINATED with Aspergillus and Stachiboclis plus a few other molds. This Lawyer wouldn't even take the case for Elder Abuse. Since I'm 72 yrs young. Too much Must be Bidens Lawyer
