Mr. Nagy is representing a close friend of mine. The day my friend got arrested I sent a couple messages on his firms Facebook page informing him that my friend had been arrested and where he/she was being held. I got no response from Mr. Nagy or anyone else to at least say they had received my messages and my friend was in the lap of luxury at one of our local mandatory vacation facilitation buildings. The day before my friend went to court I called Mr. Nagy and asked if he could please let me know how his hearing went and I held my breath through Christmas and the New Year and nary one phone call have I received from him or his office yet. All this being said, I know Mr. Nagy is a BEAST when he stands in front of the local Circuit Court Robed Warriors so he is still the man I would risk my freedom with (you too Tracy Evans) but dang, call someone back!! I know you have enough loot for your phone bill!
