Worst attorney !!!! Don't waste your time and money. Even during arbitration she wasn't in the room with me. She agreed with the other attorney to get money under the table in exchange for me to settle my divorce case and my compensation for a work injury I sustained. Very very unethical. I'd rather represent myself than hire this person again.

Lydia Ness and Gina Arias are knowledgeable, professional, friendly and provide excellent service. I was more than satisfied with the quality of work which was done on a timely basis. As she came recommended through a friend, I highly recommend her as well.

I hired her for a revision of my divorce decree. Gave her over $2000 and after a year of calling her office to check on the status I finally realized I lost my money. No reimbursement and no completion of the job. Wouldn’t recommend her to anyone. She has no business being a judge if she conducts business like that as a lawyer.

An excellent family lawyer. She's very well respected, full of compassion and believes in a sense of community. Ms. Ness-Garcia goes above and beyond!
