Ryan Marger was representing me in a civil case when one day for absolutely no reason I received an email stating that he was withdrawing from the case. He filed a motion to withdraw due to "irreconcilable differences" between the plaintiff and attorney. It was completely out of left field. I actually thought we had a good working relationship. Further, refused to answer my email and calls going forward when I attempted to get an explanation. When I called his office after trying to reach him several times they told me he was out to lunch. Haven't heard from him since. I would never use this attorney. Going through legal battles are challenging and stressful enough. To then deal with an attorney who just leaves your high and dry is an added layer of stress than can be avoided by hiring someone else. Elizabeth refused to answer the phone to discuss the matter. She said it was an "executive decision" which is laughable for a low-level attorney to say and she previously badmouthed some of her other attorneys to me using vulgar language.

If your looking for a law firm that will screw you over, then you have found the right place. This firm fired 14 employes for simply wearing orange shirts on the same day. A firm that will do that certainly has lawyers that can simply ooze under the door of any court room, so if that is what you are looking for, you have found it. I hope this firm loses all of its business over this ridiculous show of inept management. I pray for the family's that are effected by this, and I pray the responsible party will see the error of their way and correct the situation.

I do not like this place! My burger was undercooked and my fries were greasy and cold. The staff were very rude and uncivil. At one point, they told me that I wasn't allowed to use the bathroom at the front of the cabin because that was reserved for First Class only. What, what am I supposed to do? Use the back bathroom like the rest of the common-folk coach people? Then, to make matters even worse, when they scanned my Fritos Scoops, they were supposed to be Buy 1 Get 1 Free, but they both rang up at full price. This place is horrible. Avoid it at all costs.

When I read the story about this law firm firing 14 people for wearing orange, I thought it had to be fake. Unfortunately, it isn't fake. I called the law office and a very rude receptionist was rude enough to respond with "no comment" and slammed the phone down on me. What a horrible Law office and what a terrible way to handle a mistake/PR disaster!

Based on your actions, I question which Law School you attended. There also seems to some underlying problem going on in the practice to make you feel it was necessary to fire 14 members of your staff. Paranoia alone cannot explain it!
