Louis Freeman , was great to me . My car stalled in the middle of the road and without hesitation he came to jump me to get me out of the way. Gave me his thoughts on what could be wrong with my car and got me into a safe spot for the tow company to be able to get to me . If I was to ever need an attorney I would definitely come back to him . He was kind and thoughtful and honest with me.

I had a very promising first meeting with Elizabeth. It was downhill from there. Was passed around to many other assistants thereafter. Information from the office was inconsistent. Elizabeth painted my case as clear and then it turned out the opposite. What was most disappointing is that I would try to call here several times and had no answer……but even when I finally got thought she would not apologize for it. In all the time I worked with her team I never once received a breakdown of how funds were used. I would not recommend this attorney to anyone. Working through custody and divorce is hard as it is.

I can't thank Elizabeth Rivera enough for their incredible support and expertise during my divorce. They were always professional, compassionate, and attentive to my needs. Their guidance made a difficult process much more manageable and answered all my questions and doubts.

Don't hire these people, they have a list that runs up a $2,500 bill just to receive paperwork. Didn't get any services out of them except for paying $2,500 and 2 emails. Wouldn't return phone calls and over all not worthy of being called a law office. If you want an extra hurdle to deal with in a divorce hire these people.

I'm not one to leave reviews, so for me to review this office is.... I personally had a bad experience. I had hired her before on another matter and she was good, however i had similar issues as I did this time around. This time worse. Not sure if they're overly booking or whats going on. Liz herself is a bad ass. But this time I got shifted between a million different people and they had no communication between anyone in the office. On top of that I wouldn't hear from anyone for months and they claimed it was because "we don't want to charge your account for unsessary phone calls". Which I'd appreciate if i didn't have to constantly follow up with them, then basically do the job myself of getting the documents needed. If that was the case them not wanting to run up my bill then why is my retainer completely used up, and we've not done hardly anything for a year. My situation is a bit different however, the staff has no compassion or empathy. As an accountant and someone whose worked in the customer service industry for quite some time, when a customer is upset the 1st thing you want to do is de escalate the situation as to try to keep the client; and also provide everyone with a ledger of transactions. You're not supposed to just wait til a clients account is at zero before requesting money. You should always be provided an itemized account of transactions at least monthly especially if you request another $2500. I would have no problem paying if i was happy with the services. But i don't think much was even done (my new lawyer even said not much was done) still never received an itemized breakdown. Going through a divorce is hard, especially if you're in a bankruptcy and have a "hard to deal with" ex husband. Instead of showing empathy I got sas and snotty attitudes from the staff. Bodie claims to be an ex high school cheerleader and Alejandra gave me crap for getting loud once before. Honestly if I had an office that provided the services needed, there would have been no cause for all of it. However it takes getting loud in order to get anything accomplished. I appreciate what was started for me but had to sever my self from this office and hire a new lawyer. Sorry liz. I'm sure y'all are doing great for others, but I am highly disappointed this time around.
