Eliot lane is an accomplished, thorough, and thoughtful attorney, specializing in housing issues - like eviction. Please keep in mind that many of the other comments that rate Eliot Lane poorly appear to be written by those suffering from BEING EVICTED. And I understand why they are upset. Everyone suffers during an eviction. It is not pleasant. But Attorney Lane IS excellent at his job. If you need help with an eviction, you should consider him. Highly recommended.

Attorney Lane obviously has no interest in facts, law , or the verity of his rubber stamping of a lousy real estate company's efforts to extort more money after a horrible rental of an unmaintained property. I am shamed by his dishonor of the name Lane in relation to the most courageous behavior his family member exhibited in WW II, as did my Uncle, Brig. General Tom Carroll. When a family dishonors the name, it is extremely sad. My apartment rental at Parkview Apartments, Naugatuck, has been a trip into utter managerial incompetence, poor health, and overpriced failure to provide basic service. Attorney Lane, if he has ANY character at all, should contact me regarding his recent criminal misrepresentation of me in a court of law in CT. Unbelievable!

She its only interesting in Landlord that do wrong thing. She dont look fot the renters at all.
