Unbeknownst to me, these doctors treated me at Reston Hospital. They apparently bill completely separately from the hospital and do not use your insurance. You end up getting a massive bill from them in the mail a few months later as a gotcha. Be careful of these sneaky practices.

Dr. Rebecca L. Smith has taken care of me twice in the ER (July and September). She is professional, kind and caring. She is knowledgeable in her profession and was able to diagnose my condition quickly and get me the proper help immediately. Kudos! to Dr. Smith

Busted my finger open splitting firewood. Carrie was a rock star. Great sense of humor, amazing stitches. Hand looks great, and is healing as it should.

This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had in terms of billing. Company claimed to send me five statements. Never received one. The only statement I received was from a collection agency. It's been a back and forth battle with this company. It's a shame because the doctor that treated me was wonderful. But their billing department is horrific. If at all possible, avoid using this company!

My experience was 100% positive: dr. Teresa M Ross was proficient, friendly and expeditious.
