I had called and made a new patient appointment for my son which was scheduled for two months out. I was told if I get a referral from the primary, he could be seen sooner (which I was ok with). At the time of the call I addressed all my concerns. A few days later I received a call asking if my son still had a rash(he never had one nor did I state that he did at the time of making an appointment). I was also asked about the doctor sending a referral which was in the works. At the end of the call I was told if he does not have an active rash at the time of appointment he would not be able to be seen. After the call, I received an email that my son’s appointment had been canceled. I am highly disappointment with this experience especially when there are so many positive reviews. I was hoping to get some answers for my son but I will look elsewhere.

The staff and Dr. Schwarz were terrific! They answered all my questions and provided clear advice. Very professional facility. I now have a dermatologist I am confident in and comfortable with. Thanks!

Dr Schwarz was a lifesaver for my daughter whom we were told by numerous dermatologists including CHOP that she eczema. We walked in and within in minutes knew it wasn’t eczema and asked to do a skin biopsy and has now been getting shots every 3 months for psoriasis for a year now and her skin has never looked better!! After one dose it started to clear. We drive 45 minutes just to see her and so worth the ride.

When I went for my yearly physical check up, my doctor recommended a routine check up from a dermatologist. I called the office and told the receptionist I just wanted a routine check up. After we went over what type of insurance I have, she asked me if my doctor saw anything out of the unusual. I said no. She thought at my age(63), I should have a routine check up to make sure everything looks good. The receptionist then asked do I see anything out of the ordinary. I said no. Once again, I told her my Doctor just thought at my age I should get a routine check up to make sure everything looks good. The receptionist refused to let me make an appointment. If you were sorry for how I feel, you would of given me an appointment. I never said I needed an appointment right of way.

My appointment began at the scheduled time. The staff was pleasant and supportive of my needs. Dr. Schwartz treated my immediate issues, discussed my concerns and explained the needs for surgery. Her recommendation for a surgeon was certainly appreciated.
