Emily represented me in a child custody/divorce case that involved a lot of challenges. As my attorney, Emily had her eyes on the best outcome for me and had a good understanding of what legal means would be best to accomplish our goals. The challenges of the case necessitated a “long haul approach” and Emily and her staff gave my case the attention that was needed and were available with a phone call whenever I had questions. l am pleased with the legal representation I received and also with how Mrs. Sitzler and her staff explained the legal process which made the divorce process much less scary.

I paid her over 2000 and she did absolutely nothing. I didn’t even speak or hear from her after paying her so much money. Then when court hearing came she was late and didn’t speak to me or fight for me what so ever. Biggest waste of money on a lawyer. I felt taken advantage of. Save yourself a lot of money and call someone reputable. A lawyer is supposed to represent you not make you look dumb. Even the prosecutor enlightened me on how horrible I was treated by her and how bad of a representation she was.

Run. The receptionist was rude and stated that they do not quote clients over the phone. I was advised that I’d have to pay a $300 consult fee. This is ridiculous when most offices can give you the rate upfront over the phone.

I have been using Emily for divorce and custody matters for some time now and have been extremely happy with the service and representation I have received. She and her staff are supportive and truly want what is best for you and your family through the entire process. Outside of court they listen, understand, and are very helpful. Inside of court, she's definitely someone you want to have in your corner. Would and have recommended her others.

She will steal your money with no remorse. She will have you tell your whole story, just to tell you at the end that she can't represent you due to a conflict of interest, (that should have been handled prior to the visit).Then when you ask for the retainer back, she refuses... $300 bucks lost! Heartless!
