Ali Smith really went above and beyond to fight for the safety of my children. I would recommend her 1000 times over. She’s honest, straight forward, professional, and competent. After letting one attorney go for not taking my case as serious as it truly was, I was blown away by how much effort Ali put into not only getting the details of the case straight, but fighting to ensure that my children would not be put in an unsafe situation. Each case has sentencing guidelines that will show you the minimum and maximum time requested for jail time. He had my boyfriend agree to 5 months when the maximum guideline was 3 months. I am currently pregnant and Matt made it clear he did not want to be hired to help with a furlough so dad could be present at babies birth. I was told 1000 and he would be escorted by an officer. That is for funerals not a child’s birth. Matt was very rude. The new lawyer requested 400 and dad will be out for 7 days for babies birth. The new lawyer also showed me the sentencing guidelines on the computer yesterday and does not understand why Matt would’ve gotten someone to agree to more time. Do not waste your money on Matt Pack and if you get court appointed to him I highly recommend you get someone else. He does not care and will not fight for your rights. His attitude sucks.
