I would not refer anyone to this lawyer based on my experience. I was definitely better off representing myself. First court appearance he didn't show up. And the second court appearance he showed up extremely late only to set me up for a guilty plea. Because he had a strategic plan to milk me for money. In the original consultation he could have stated it wasn't worth his time. Instead he charged me then showed me it wasn't worth his time. Then laughed at my situation in the end. I would never trust this guy again. Buyer beware.

I recieved a ticket in May for failure to observe a traffic signal, and the original Court date I recieved was for a morning session, which I could not attend. I hired Emmanuel and asked for an afternoon court time and he agreed. I paid him the full $250 even though I only needed to pay half and he failed to reschedule to an afternoon time, I couldn't attend the following date because of that, then he tried to charge me another $250. He won't even give me half back. I wouldn't trust him, find another attorney if you can. Waste of $250. I should have known. He was unorganized from the start.

Apon Contacting Emmanuel C. Nwotite I explained my case simple Three Tickets all Moving Voilations. After explaining the Case because I had Discovery and I Reviewed it! I was told I am "Lawyer Shopping" n he won't do it. He's suggesting to just go with the Fist Lawyer consultation, Insanity! DO NOT Retain this Lawyer Firm!

My attorney showed up 2 hours late. I had to negotiate myself then still charged me full price! Never again!

Very rude and not helpful at all. Greedy too! I wouldn't refer anyone to this man.
