I wasn't going to leave a review but after reviewing my docs again, I just have to warn the people. We did a cash deal on a property and used this title company for the closing at the referral of someone and I have to say...we have had fair dealings with other companies. Let me mention we have been in real estate over 20 years and have been to the table more times than many. The title charges with this company is ridiculous and for people that are new to this and those that don't know...be very careful with these "Title Charges". They removed some of the charges when it was questioned, but they still weren't as fair as others (I won't name the other companies) Asking them to explain the charges won't help because if you don't know, whatever they explain will sound legit. Shop around people and find a company that has your best interest at heart and not one that has all these fees going directly to them. I could go into more detail, but that would be a venting session and I am just here to warn tbe people.
